Final Day Results – 2025 Gold Coast Senior Amateur

The Gold Coast Senior Amateur concluded yesterday at Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club under beautiful blue skies and a slight breeze.  This was a stark contrast to Day 2 which was abandoned due to the course conditions after several heavy rain events.  The final results for the 36 hole event were as follows:

1st overall and Champion for the event – Graham Hourn from Kingaroy Golf Club with a combined gross score over the 36 holes of 140.

2nd overall – Buddy Nagi from Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club with a gross score of 141.

3rd overall – Adam Cornell from Royal Sydney Golf Club with a gross score of 143.

Our Nett winners after handicap were:

1st – David Evans from Gailes Golf Club with a nett score of 138.

2nd – Michael Hofmeier from Links Hope Island Gold Club with a nett score of 140 on countback.

3rd – Kevin Nelson from Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club with a nett score of 140.
