Elvis Smylie ties for 2nd in FedEx Open de France

Gold Coast’s own Elvis Smylie continued to push forward in forging his burgeoning professional career when he tied for 2nd today in France.

What an outstanding effort!  The commentators marvelled at his consistent form, swing and composure from his first tee shot to his last putt.

Shooting six under today he finished on 15 under one shot behind the ultimate winner Michael Kim.
